I grew up on an acreage outside a small rural town in Iowa with my Mom, Dad and three sisters. Growing up, I enjoyed a variety of things in school: art, chorus, band, theater and sports (softball was my favorite). At home I would help Mom and Dad with the garden.  Mom let me help her with canning assorted garden goodies while Dad taught all of “his girls” to hunt. My sisters and I spent a lot of time out doors: making forts, playing with the animals and riding our ATV through the grove.

I started dating my husband Clint when I was a junior in high school and we got married just after college.  We moved to the lakes area in 2009 and are proud to call this area our Home.  Clint and I have three wonderful and beautiful children: Sophia, Preston and Charlie.   

In December 2014, we acquired an acreage outside of Milford that keeps us busy and has brought me back to that honest, simple living that I enjoyed so much growing up.  As a family we very much enjoy: sunrises and sunsets, nature walks and sledding at Horse Shoe Bend, playing at Arnold’s Park, having bonfires at night and grilling out on our deck that overlooks the Little Sioux River.  I greatly appreciate all that we have built as a family.  We are truly blessed.  

The opportunity to have my own business is also something I am very thankful for.  It gives me the freedom I need to enjoy life with my husband and children while doing something that I have always been passionate about: Home and Interiors!
